1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund

• Cancellation between 3–7 days: 50% refund

• Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in: No refund

2. No Show Policy
No refund will be issued if the guest does not arrive.

3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited via the original payment method.

4. Booking Modifications
Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and management approval.
